Ipico Electronic Timing

SRT is a specialised event and race timing business that offers timely and accurate timing services for participant sports events. Utilising the world renowned IPICO Dual-Frequency Sports Chip Timing system they can take care of the timing and results for your event, so organisers can focus on their participants. Southern Race Timing (SRT) partners with Events South to provide a new level of service and accuracy in Multi-Sport event timing. SRT will not only be the exclusive timing services provider for all Events South races, but will also contract to other events around Tasmania. Events such as Sallys Ride, Launceston Ten, Women's 5k, Coles Bay Triathlon and cycling events have used this system.

Tie your tag securely with your shoe laces, tags must be returned after the race in bins provided or a fine of $15.00 will be charged for non returned tags.

Start/Finnish line Gantry

The interchangable concept of the start finnish line gantry enables events to market their main sponsors by providing them with spots to put their signage. Signage is usually printed on Corfut 1000x600 landscape and slotted into the 16 slots available and the top of the gantry is 385 wide by up to approx 7.5mt wide. The Gantry will be delivered statewide at a setup cost of $500.00. Interchangeable signage will need to be provided by race organisers or sponsors or events south can leave the spaces white or blank.
